The message is "the archive is either in unknow format the message or damaged"

Which software do you use to extract files?
It is not possible that only you have problems with the archives
I recommend using WINRAR

Thanks, in my kenwood I have SQLite D317400.db (no update from every time) I can update with D23300.db ?

I do not understand, it's been years that I update the mapping but this time; unable to operate the card, my device (zumo500) reboot with this version while with the previous one it worked :/

I downloaded properly the map France + Corsica, got the 2 files...
They are fine on Base Camp... however... they don't work at all on the GPSmap64s

You told me that I need NT map for such device... don't work...

Sorry can you explain how you install those maps on the device?

Hi,

I'm using a micro SD card. And under a "garmin" folder, I place de map
It is well recognised by Base Camp, not by the GPS

Am I missing something?

If you just put it in the Garmin directory you have to use the name gmapsupp.img in some devices they can recognize any map name only in a directory map

In fact since you have already the map on the Basecamp you may use the Mainstall to put it on your device
