Will it work on Garmin Nuvi 1310 MIDDLE EAST in particularly UAE region?? If so How do i install it. Do i just copy it in System folder??

Hi! No this is an unlock installation of Mapsource on a PC! You have to install it on your PC on the same directories like all the other installed maps and then with Mapinstall to create a map file for your device for the area that you are interested for!
