It is not necessary to have premium accounts for download with JDownloader. I use it for many years and never had such problems you speak about.

First of all, thanks to all involved for these files.
I have tried to download Southern England & Wales Unlocked part 3 & netload returns an error message (after entering the code) the file appears to be missing, any help would be appreciated.

You are right, this part ist missing.
I recommend to download the locked version and unlock it yourself with gimgunlock.
