Is Bluechart G3 available for download? I have searched, but can only find G2....

Any advice?

There is no way to unlock the G3 maps so there is no point uploading them

That's not so! Locking G3 charts is exactly the same as G2 HD charts.
Users just don't want to share new products in the public domain ... ;)

I'm looking for a couple of Garmin GB Discoverer National Parks 1-25K maps, specifically these:

01 Ben Nevis and Glencoe
05 Northumberland (v3)
12 Dartmoor & Exmoor

I have the rest and am quite happy to do some swopping with you.

I've put a torrent link in this thread new-maps/garmin-discoverer-25k-t17183.html - it contains all the V4 maps including the 2 that you are looking for (Ben Nevis/Glencoe & Dartmoor/Exmoor). I might upload the V3 maps when I get time. In future it may be better to share what you have before leeching - if everyone had your attitude there would be nothing to share.

May I request City Navigator Europe NT (not NTU)... the latest version, which I believe should be 2021.10 or 2021.20.

I'm specifically interested in only UK & Ireland.

The NT version of Europe for older devices does not get updated a frequently as the NTU version for modern devices.
