Unfortunately no! You have to release the folder for sharing. It seems to be a new default setting from rapidshare, that all files and folders are locked now.

is this map compatible with device is a chines 800x480 wince 6 curently install garmin xt

Topo maps are generally working on mobile xt, but not very good. Sometimes there are display errors ond the performance mostly isn't so good (but depends on cpu of host system).
