I think FireFox58 used a combination of gimgunlock-0.04 and GMapTool.

I noticed that date in the header of the img is 28-03-2018, while map was released somewhere in august 2017 (28-08 in TRE).
Part number ID was also removed in the img-header (010-D0749-03 for download or 010-11584-03 for sd-version)
SQL is 006-D2557-03.db. In the db-file the partnumber is 006-D5865-01 (Although timestamp of this file is 28-08-2017)


In Basecamp I get no searching for Trails. Didn't tried on my gps at the moment (O600).
Maybe files need some finetuning (img and db with same partnumber?. Was there also the same discussion with the v4? ).

For the unlocking of the map I obviously used gimgunlock v0.04
Previously I removed the personal info and the original Unlock Code.
The loss of the Product Number was an unwanted thing, it can be reinserted with GMapTool.
Regarding the display of Trails with BaseCamp I have no problems, I think the name of the SQL file is correct.
Anyone advise is welcome

I can confirm that the searching for named trails is not possible with BaseCamp or my Garmin devices. I`ve fixed the problem with GMT and wrote the product number in the header. Now everything works.

For me the same, I reinserted the partnumber/productnumber (006-D2257-03) with ImgTool in the header. But GMT is also fine

can you tell me how did you do it? even just a screenshot

Load the map via "Add files", choose "Write", mark "Set version in header", copy/paste or type the productnumber in the field Pr and select "Write all" or "Write selected".

You have to Enable "Advanced Options" in the Tab "Option"

You don't need any GMAP Files. BaseCamp read directy the IMG from a Portable USB, simply put Map in the folder Garmin

If you copy the IMG and the SQL directory into a folder "Garmin" on a removable or virtual drive, BaseCamp will load the map data with the option to search for named trails.

In my Oregon 750T map don't work, a message " impossible to authenticate maps, please contact the map supplier" appears............
In Basecamp everything works!
