Do I have to download these files seperately or are these automatic included in the Mapsource version?

In MapSource version is only the map included. You have to load the additional files separately. Unfortunately the additions for each device series are mostly others. You have to look for the right map version and the right device version, especially for ASR. 3D is only different for NT and NTU map version and JCV files mostly compatible with other JCV compatible devices.
