Map Swaps

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but is there anyway to enable those of us with partial maps (say for example CNEU_xxxx_.part2-4.rar) to swap with those who have our missing parts via Filezilla, RapidShare or other until the current situation stabilizes?

Everybody can feel free to make mirrors of offered maps on every hoster he want! And if maps are partially down, it is also welcome, if someone can reupload the missing parts, if he has the originally packed parts (no repacked files - it wouldn't work!).

Any suggestions other than DropBox? Where should one post availability of partials (since we can't input into Maps)?
