Any way to get the traffic to work?

As I can do to make maps of Costa Rica will accept Mapsource, then to connect my gps to the computer I get an error because it says that lack this program NAVSAT Costa Rica Retail 5.08 and not a computer downloads

There's no known way to make traffic to work. Checked other countries with same results.
