I think that last visit on september is not so long time ago... I also visit some forums quarterly and my responses to forum are very comprehensive. Or forums that I don't visit regularly I have set up thread update notification. There really are threads that are globally not very popular and get visited not very often.

And also, post dated on 2012 june was update to post dated on 2011, so I tought if this 2011 post got updated on 2012, then there is high probability that 2012 post may get updated by 2013 post.

Estonia is small country and I didn't expect massive thread update here.
