Try another browser, run your anti virus. Google OperaGXSetup.exe
Download worked for me just now & 5 others have used the thumbs up button

You need to change your VPN before downloading.

I can download it by

first click the download bottom, it open new window then close that window or back to download page.
second click at same bottom again, it open new window again (may be auto download)
third click at the same bottom again, it make automatic download.

JCV don't have.

on Nüvi 55LM, I got the message "Cannot unlock maps" and that the "maps are corrupt and cannot be used".
Anybody else with the same problem?
Any solution available?

Further, for those who wonder if they can use the following files...
gmap3d.rar
SID.rar
SQLite.rar
PNX.rar

For my case, a 55LM cannot use them.

Your nüvi 55LM needs to be Patched to use Unlocked maps.
Check your garmindevicxe.xml and confirm your HWID
<PartNumber>006-Bxxxx-B0</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>270</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>nüvi 55</Description>
</Model>
Then go to the thread that covers Patching use your HWID to search.

Files are for various devices, Check your device's old files to use the correct new files for your device.
nüvi 55 is not capable of using 3D Building & infrastructure file (gmap3d.img) ,FourSquare (D5981260A.img) or PhotoReal Junction View (D4517260A.jcv)for example as it is a entry level device.
The image you shared is for Europe NTU 2017.30 maps not Thailand NT maps
