A very bad issue with my Nuvi 2589lm help plz!!

Hello there in the Navitotal forum
I've just bought a Garmin Nuvi 2589lm with europe map on it activated with lifetime update.
I'm travellig through Morocco during this period and I need to put the map of Middle east and North africa on it!
when I downloaded the map image and put it in the nuvi! it says always that it cannot unlock the maps!
please tell me what to!
btw i did a hard reset and the result is the same!

Hi! It seams that you need to patch your firmware in order to recognize unlocked maps

It is not very appreciated if you use such big lettertype. It is considered shouting.

please help me how can I patch the firmware it's 8.60 firmware

I'm not shouting but I'm very angry with this gps!
