Actually, this may be a moot question since I am not sure if the RAR included Spain. Can anyone tell me where I can find maps & poi's of Spain? There is no sense trying to open something that does not have what I want.

Hmmm. Than why even bother to download if you don't know what in the end you have downloaded?
For the 3rd time (or is it the 4th?) : the uploader should give the information of what he offers. Did you even download maps for IGO/Primo??? I remind you that you posted in the GARMIN section.

Why don't you download from a torrent? A decent torrent (again: the uploader's responsibility) makes it possible to download only that one file you want.
