If youve got 4.1.1 installed then uninstall that first.
Install 4.1.2 and make sure that internet is connected and Background Data is ticked.
Start it up and it should verify with google apps.
Close it and disconnect from internet and untick Background Data.
Now start it up again and you should be good to go without internet connection.
No need to run lucky patcher on this its already ...
