The sd card in there at the moment is (western europe v4.1)

i don't know what the latest update is

its sync gen 1.1

my software version v5.11

how can i update to the latest version?

I have recently inherited my uncles 2015 Focus Titanium with 15k on the clock.
I understand it has a SYNC 2 touch screen system.
Unfortunately there are no maps installed - I just have a nice compass symbol!
Is there a way to download and install the latest maps to the system?

I have a 2014 C-max with satnav and the SD card is also original 2014 I want to update to the latest I can. (without changing hardware)
I have updated my Sync system from 1 to 1.1 (Don't know what this has done)
I have been to the Ford Dealers and they have no idea and say nothing is available.
