I have installed a few maps and get errors like, Cant authenticate maps after installing the image file to my unit. I am generally after some good topo maps, 4wd tracks and streets and roads in Australia. Can anyone advise me (point me in the right direction - so to speak) as to what maps I should attempt to download, that will assist my needs and work on my unit?

as the device is limited in HD space i think unless i use an sd card there is no way i will fit on 3 d map images and junction veiw etc

I have a Nuvi 1310T and currently whenever I exceed the indicated speed limit, the actual speed the car is travelling at turns 'RED' and doesn't revert back to 'BLACK' until I slow the car down enough to the indicated speed limit or below.

Hi, some of voice commands options of my nuvi 3790 does not work properly. When I get in to voice command option with the wake up phrase and I choose "Favorites, Phone, Recently Found, etc" it works fine... But when I choose to go for "Find by Name" is says "This feature is not available for American English" and when I choose the go for "Find Address" it says "This feature is not available for ...

its a nuvi 765t with map CN europe NT2010.30

is there a simple to follow bullet point guide of in what order to do things i have read a bit about jet mouse etc but still unsure in which order or which maps to use, also is there a fail safe back up like tom tom
