Does anyone know how i can create a skin for primo 2.0 or 2.4 or how to edit an existing one

can someone help me place a philippine map in my device? tnx a lot any sugestion will do

I have just downloaded and installed the Primo for android app from this wonderful site.I am trying to run it on a new wayteq tablet/satnav which I have just got.It all seemed to install ok but when i press the application icon i get the following message

missing or incomplete folder
/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/android_linked_root\sys.txt: open failed EACCES(permission denied)

Could anyone please advise as I really would love to get Primo going on my device.

Any idea what might be causing this ? Everything works fine in general, but when I go to choose road avoidances, it crashes the whole GPS.
