Hi there. I registered recently to ask about my specific tomtom, as there's many models of this specific type.

It is a TomTom XL with 1GB internal storage and 32mb memory, it has no SD slot. USB 1.1 interface with awful transfer speed.

I wanted to update the maps at least, as they were last updated in 2013.

It has the UK and Ireland maps, and france maps.

It also doesnt keep time anymore. Resets ...

Hi everyone, the download links are ok but I don't understand whay they redirect me to filecrypt.cc. But big FileFactory logo is on the screen. I wanted to buy a faster transfer, but I can't, and I have a filefactory account. The free transfer is over 12 hours.

Which second hand Tomtom sat nav could I buy that I could upload new maps to ?

I bought one which wasn't possible to update the maps :(

Normally reading this forum solves basically all my problems this time however.... I'm stuck.
And when I say stuck I mean stuck as in feet-in-the-concrete-stuck.... Ok. Here is the story.

I have the following device :

TomTom ONE XL HD Traffic (4Z00.003)
Boot Loader Version 5.5.022 (Updated it myself due to the 8Gb SD-card I use.)
32 Mb RAM, 4.4 Mb free
App 7.301 (8636/071112) (Latest version downloaded via TT-Home)
Map 'Western_Europe_1GB' v710.1617 ...
