updated my mates device in this thread

it worked great i tested it and so did he no problems

today he tried to add ozzy osbourne voice(paid for dont know why) and he said it just froze

now the device has green light with charge plugged in boot will not start up

solved a similar problem on a one v2 by charging for 2 hrs then holding power down for 10 secs then pushing ...

i have a tomtom one 3rd edition and my brother delete all the data from internal storage and now the device is not working ... can some one thell me what to do to reinstall the tomtom ? pls help me im new and i doun`t know what to do .. if some one can explain to me what i have to do ..

hi, i've got this xl 325 se version, after backing up what was on there, i updated to SE navcore 9.026
and tried to find a suitable map for this 1GB model....can i swear?
anyways i settled with 855.2931 as this was the "newest" map that would fit... but has no features
This model has IQRoutes and spoken street names...

now my first question...
the 330 model has ALG, which i really would like to ...

where can i found maps for dominika republik?

I have downloaded a voice (Vicky Archer ) unzipped the file into voices file and have VIF. CHK. and BMP but when i try to change to that voice it is not listed.If i look in voices via home it shows as being there.???
any ideas please.

I have a One that has stopped working after I tried to update it using TomTom Home. Now on switch-on the screen comes on light grey, but nothing else?

I've tried the reset but it won't do anything, any suggestions (other than don't use TomTom Home) please?
