Hi guys i need a little help,running TT1 with navcore 9.061 i downloaded a more up to date map today and updated fastactivate to the most up to date version,i pasted my old map to a different folder and unzipped the new map in the TT directory,when i tried to use fastactivte it told me the map was incomplete and showed an error,i tried a few times with no luck so i removed the map ...

I got a problem with this TT One.

Downloaded Eastern_Europe_940_5965 with Automatic Installer & Patcher
And when its all installed,i turn on device and it says no maps installed.
Even when it shows map,its not allowing to use it.
FastActive Gives me Eastern_Europe-100200.meta =>.dct error

hi guys i have tt canada 310 which is stuck on red cross with cable indicating to connect to pc i have tired to connect it to pc but pc is unable to find the driver i have installed tomtom 2 software installed on pc. the tt is not working i have reset it by power button but after reset it come back to usb connection logo

I have just bought a Tomtom XXL with lifetime map update.
If I patch the navcore in other to use other maps, will I still be able to get official updates fro TomTom?
Can TomTom detect that navcore is patched or that I have other maps on the device?
Is there a procedure to continue to receive the updates?

I am trying to upgrade an old one xl
i have the 8.04 nav on it and, that was downloaded fresh from tt home and all downloads done till no others came up
the map to go with that is 940.5966 downloaded from from this site and installed
when i run fast activate up grade patch nav says its done update meta says its done
when i patch map it says i have incomplete map ...

I downloaded this tomtom for wince 5 last night

It runs but just goes straight to no maps. Am I looking for v7 maps and just put them in the map folder like I do with iGO Primo? This is running from SD card if that helps.

Hi; I recently updated maps and Carminat TomTom SW on my 2010 Renault Laguna 3 Nav SD card - Central & Eastern Europe maps. After this update I noticed some of the Romanian special characters are not shown correctly in street names (I guess bad character set support) - something like "?oseaua Olteni?ei". Is there a way to fix this? Can I change the character set support or something? I did not figure out anything ...

downloaded map and installer from here 9.5 summat went thru instal process no errors, rebooted tried to use new map select via panel and told i cannot use that map on this device in red.

where did i go wrong please .................

I have friends who are going to Europe and will need European maps loaded on their Tomtom Via 1500. Does anyone know if it is possible to load maps and navcores on the Tomtom Via 1500?
