just a quick question. i've been on tomtom home twice tonight and found it automatically does a back up of device. The skip back up is no longer available.Tomtom home hasn't done an update as far as i'm aware, so what's happening.

i don't know why.
This sound is when device is turned on, and when navigates
how i turn off this sound ??

Ok I give up. I have worked on this for 5 days. Read all the tutorials and followed instructions. I just can't make it work.

I downloaded Dowunder's 9485 Navcore installer. Installed without problems.

I have a TomTom XL.

I think that I can update my map to: Australia_935_5744

But if I'm wrong about that, would appreciate a heads up.

I'm not able to download this map. I end up on a Linkcrypt page that says "Authorizing". There is a submit button, which I click on, but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

I was recently given a tomtom start 1EX00 that was freezing on the start screen. After many attempts at formatting and installing different cores I formatted it to fat and connected it to tomtom home2 on my pc. Home2 updated it to navcore version 8xxx and then a further update to version 9.057. Hi all, my trusty 730 has started acting up. The right half of the touchscreen refuses to work. I have had to resort to using Tomtom Home to set destinations etc, and convert it to left hand use to operate when in the car. If I need to get to any menus, I'm screwed, and if I press something and cant get back to my route, have to do a hard reset with a pin. ...

I've tried various different TomTom GO models with different Navcores and find on all normal roads or simple junctions the display can keep pace. On multi junctions of complex roundabouts I find the few seconds of lag in display can lead me to take the wrong turn. Have others members experience this and is there a solution. Are newer models the same?

I have two 520s , I have installed the new maps 937.5945 with Navcore 9.701 on one and my other 520 has Truck map 900.4612 with Navcore 8.398 , now if I put same route in of approx 150 miles the new maps and Navcore are adding 30 minutes on to the time I know this route will take , the older maps and Navcore are spot on with time .
