My only complaint with my go730 is that it takes far too many screen taps to clear the route. I'm currently using 9.051 from bmwdriver and that works very well. I've tried other navcores ...

my tom tom freezes on start up on the splash screen and wont go any further. i've reset it a number of times but that hasn't done anything. i have attached some details so hopefully someone can sort me out. i would like also if someone could point to me the latest maps /updates for me if i can get my tom tom to work again.

Hi all; I've just updated a mate's Go 300 with the SE navcore 8.412.1336, and added the UK 870.3406 maps.

I've ran Tomtom home and updated mapshare etc.

Problem is, when I turn the unit on, it thinks i'm about 20 miles away from where I actually live. Even if I set it to navigate to a destination, it still thinks the starting point is the wrong map location.
