Okay, so I've been playing about with the 140 standard voices found elsewhere on these shores. TBH I just plastered the whole lot onto my TT. I then noticed that some voices did not show up at all or incorrectly (bmps on wrong person for example). The ones that seemed to be affected were the ones starting at no.120 and above.

So I took one from the list, namely 134 Victoria Beckham and ...

What devices have voice controle (speak in the destination).
Where can I find more information about this.
Maybe it's the solution for my father.

just looking at the TomTom memory card compatibility info. my unit is listed as 4GB capability. I have always used 8Gb Micro SD inside an adapter. Never caused any problems

Ok I have been trying all day and I just don't know what to do, I am trying to put tomtom 7 on a nav pin 570 but after I activate the map it says that it can't start due to insufficient memory. I have tried loading the navcore 7.910 on the rom storage to free up the GB map v855.2931 but nothing is working, I just don't get it ?? I have spent over ...

I've a Go710 with 9.026 navcore+850.2834 map and the free ram without heading direction is 12,6 Mb, do I need to put outsourced 9.026?

I need a new map for my tomtom xxl. I have tried Western Eurpe 855_2884 but when I turn on the gps it says it can't use it. I have activated the map with autoactivate so what am I doing wrong?
Do I have to patch anything else on the gps to get the new map to work?

After succesfull update with map "Western_Europe_1GB_850.2820"
I found map "Western_Europe_1GB_855.2931855."
In compatibel is saw this map works with my curren Navcore:8010
But after uplouding the 855.xxx map on my TT 30
After restatring TT i get the message you can't use map on this device.
I used AutoActivate before restart.
Works te activation with another patch like autoactivate?
Or is it no possible to us these map on TT One 30

I try to update my TT one but getting some problems, here's some details,

At the momne I have navcore 8.412 and try to update with Australia_855.2938 & New Zealand_855.2884, but getting errors that cant use this maps on the device. So I try to update the navcore with 9.026xl2009, but that is also giving me trouble, it freezes and not working and language ...

I could not update my map TTgo630 9.103.ggi.CAB-navcore-XL.cab on Europe_855_2885 with TThome.

bought a broken device of flea ebay to tinker with, it comes up as a drive on my pc but its showing 0 bytes and i cant transfer anything to it,i take it the hard drive is busted can they be replaced??
