I've a strange problem with TomTom Home installed on my Pc...

I'm using an old version 2.5 and everything works fine, but everytime I open ma TThome, it try to updates itself at the last version 2.7.

Yes, I know it's normal, but the problem is that varsion don't want to recognise my TT 720.

So I got to be very quick in my updates, otherwise TThome 2.5 download new version 2.7 and ...

i know there's a guide for which devices support which cards, is there similar for which cards certain bootloaders will support

• Connect Device to PC.

• Download "TomTom_Easy_Backup_&_Restore.bat"

• Put it on the root of your device.

• Run it.

• Answer b to Backup.

• Answer r to Restore.

• Once done, Disconnect Device from PC.

Note.1: Backup will be created in C:\My_TomTom_Backup\
Note.2: If you want, that path can be changed by editing "TomTom_Easy_Backup_&_Restore.bat" using notepad.
Note.3: And if changed, make sure the restore path matches it too.
Note.4: If you don't know what your doing, just ask us!!

I have just had to have some work done on my tomtom 930, the battery needed replacing but in the process I damaged the ribbon connector block for the LCD screen so had this replaced, but now when the screen is installed the touch part does not repond, so I swapped it into a friends whom has the same model and the screen works fine. I must say first of all that this forum has helped me so much over the last 48 hours since I decided to upgrade my PNA device.
