I am running UK and ROI 850.2871 maps with the same speed cam updates on both my tomtom xl with 9053 navcore and on my mobile with 7.918 navigator

i prepared the same route on both devices then ran the demo

on my phone it shows 2 cameras in a place near to my house(this is right about 200m apart)
but on the XL only camera shows up.

is there any reason for this ?

i have been using key gen to patch tom tom 7.916 navigator on my HTC touch pro 2, but i thought fast activation would be easier so i decided to try it and i cant get it to work

this is what i have done
removed previous version of tom tom
installed qvga 7.916 black with BT on root of phone
on my storage card i have usa 850.2873 and uk and roi 850.2871 maps. ...

been told you cant just use any voice for lane guidance it has to be a computer voice??

is this true and what does it mean at the mo i have the standard uk voice TIM ?

I noticed that your meta.txt file missed a few Blowfish codes and contained countries etc. Here is one just for Cities with them in order of country and state, in the case of US. To view, I suggest http://www.textpad.com as being pretty good.

What kind of navcore can I use on my TTGO 720? I see you use 9.071. Where can I find it? I also wonder what X40 in your signatur is?

Hello ! I have TT XL2 IQ, Europe42, TMC included (not mem card), buyed 4 weeks a go from Germany (MediaMarkt) Yesturday i tryed to update via TomTom HOME. There is neded a product code , but i did not find it, in the box no CD no card code.Tomtom worked until yesturday. Now the problem is this message "NO MAPS FOUND", TomTom don't work. I have transferred all the data 'Map 850-2782, navcore 8410.1218, boot 5.5106 ' and data from previous version etc. to my SD card.

The TT starts through to the point of loading the map, then a screen message comes up

"Problem with map

You cannot use this map on this device:
Western_Europe-162

OK"

Yet the chart shows its ok for "One, Go, Rider" using my navcore.

Any clues

trying to do this on my xl with 8508271 uk maps and 9053 navcore on

everytime i try to prepare route from a to b when i select the depart from at a point on the map it just locks up and eventually reboots

it does the same if i try to plan a route from my favorites

anyone else had this before ?
