I have just updated my Tomtom One XL to have the 850.2781 UK & ROI map and also Navcore.9.101.516023.

The problem i am having is when i try to navigate to a location using ECo route it goes half way through then stops and says that i cannot do it. if i try shortest route it works. it also works sometimes on a very short Eco route. Looking at ...

Can anyone help please. i presently have map USA Canada and Mexico P, which is about 1.4 gig, it does not have advanced speech recognition as i dont need it.

All i need is IQ, ALR, for the USA, i dont need Mexico or Canada.

Can anyone tell me the 850 map that i need which is about the same size but the new version, preferably with as much detail on it as possible.

I was wondering if we can load maps for trails or off-roading for the US. I would hope for something like a topo-graphical, or forest service road maps.

Ive just bought an tomtom XL, its standard without IQ routes or Advanced Lane Guidence. Id like to upgrade to a navcore/map that supports Advanced Lane Guidance. Ive attempted this with no luck, lots of freezing. Does anyone know what map and navcore will work with the XL and run ALG? Please dont refer me to the map chart, ive seen it and it doesn't help, what i really need is a confirmed working fix. ...

I've upgraded my TomTom One V3 to 4Gb MicroSDHC internal card (in adaptor).
What i'd like to know is, does anyone know which of the wires requires a switch so i can switch between original internal memory and the new SDHC card? The link wire CD-1 doesn't seem to work :bo_mini:

I don't get it...
I did a backup,
remove the older maps,
downloaded the map USA_and_Canada_850_2783,
made a directory called : map USA_and_Canada_850_2783 in the rrot directory of my device,
copied the maps files in the directory,
run the keygen tomtom4,
selected download, meta (run ok),
select make map key,
select make DTC
then i have the message : meta corrupted map unusable

what am I doing wrong ??
