i have rider2. Without sd card I get the tomtom screen.
It stays in a loop. Tried to reset it, no luck.
Tried to flash it with the sd card, no luck.

Who can help me out here?

I am a newbie.

A friend gave me a TotTom One(4N00.005) becource he had bought a new one.

The map on the tomtom has the version V890.4234.

Can anyone tell me how I can upgrade a newer map.

I have not an account of tomtom.

A friend of mine hasn't used his Tom Tom 910 for over a year , now it won't start , when you plug it in the green light lights up on the top left side . Left it overnight to charge in the power socket , when you take it off the lights go off and it won't start , I have tried to press the on button for 30 Sec for a soft reset ...

I've downloaded the map for my GO300 from Navitotal and activated it 2 times already so that must not be a problem.

The previous map i had running perfectly was: Western_Europe_925_5443
My NavCore is: 9510
Bootloader is: 55022

I need to go to Italy next month (Netherlands -> Germany -> Switserland -> Italy) so i guess i really need South ...

I have two maps on my device:

Central_Europe_965_7280 and United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_965_7250

I have first installed Central_Europe_965_7280, I've used fastactive and it works fine.

I've decided then to put maps of UK, I've ran fastactive once again, United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-100654.meta.dct has been created and I can see that map in tomtom home but when trying to switch in between maps in tomtom itself, device wouldn't pick it up.

Not sure what I've done wrong

Hi all its all new to me, can I install the latest maps and speed cams to a SD card and then just insert it into the sat nav, reason I ask is its not mine so I don't want to update the sat nav incase anything goes wrong, so I was wondering if I can install all the latest on a card so it boots from the card when I use it
