I have followed instructions so far to activate European Maps on to my TOM TOM One 3rd Edition. But I do not know what to do next as the instructions from my friend are not good.

Attached is a screen shot of where I am. Please help me locate TTGO.BIF or TTNAVIGATOR.BIF and find my ROOT directory. I am sorry, but I am not familiar with this process.

hi guys i've been using my trusty one v3, have changed the navcore and am comfortable updating maps etc. my brother in law has an XL canada310 model and he hates the menus and the fact the standard keyboard doesn't have the number keys above the qwerty. i've been trying to downgrade it from the latest navcore to an older one with full menus etc. but i'm struggling. i've tried numerous navcores, but cannot get ...

i try to install navcore 9 but when i install map files and active xl is freezing in menu and resetting. with orginal navcore of XL (ver 7162) and orginal map file XL working perfect. its not working with navcore 9 and new map ?

any idea about it ?

i'm trying downunders dsa navcore 9.205 on my old TT rider. i can't seem to access the screen to tell me how much free ram i have, can someone point me in the right direction please.

I lost my command and control capability some time ago when updating Nav cores. does any one know if
a file is missing or a fix to get it back. Currently running 9.430 and all else works fine.

Hi Friend,I am using one Wince 6 4.3inch GPS.

Success to download the mapear installer and dispatch into pc,but when using available engine to install maps in flash,it keeps telling activation failed,and is this cos I used a wrong engine ?

Anybody help ?

I installed BMWdrivers 9.051 navcore on my GO710 and love it - a real improvement especially the voice input and ALG

I have one problem however that Home is no longer offering me QuickGPSfix update

It does offer me mapshare data.

I had to edit the TTGO.bif file to get Home to stop offering me the old navcore - not sure if I did it correctly

here's my config info...

It would appear that Navcore 9.004.go750_blue_me_v1.CAB-navcore-GO_Blue_Me (i.e. a non SE Navcore for X50 models designed for Fiat Blue & Me) when installed on an x40 device generates Vehicle Profile options.

On a YouTube video the operator selects a Truck profile which then changes his route to the same destination for a Car profile.

I just wondered if Downunder has come across this phenomenon and can verify/negate the claim.
