I've installed the navcore 9.450 on a Tomtom XL, and I've tried to install 890.4222 and 890.4223 maps and with both I get this error "Can't use this map with this device"
I've used Fast Activate, it gives me OK in every part, but the map doesn't work, I'm testing in Tomtom Home, not on the real device, is this ok?
hi i m new to this forum .. i have been looking around to find any tom tom experts who are willing to share their expertise in hardware problems ..but i haven't found any yet.. on this forum there is no hardware section, any body can point me to any right directions thanks
Every time I switch on my device I have to go into Settings\Regional\Units and Formats\Distance and reset my device to Miles/Feet otherwise because defaults to Kilometres/Metres
I have searched all the system.txt threads but I cannot find a reference to Distance. On my device I have searched the Primo\Save\Profiles\01\System.ini. The closest I have come is Units=2 (or 1 or 0) but adding this to system.txt does not work.
Right, newbie here, so excuse any stupidity in understanding the instructions in the tutorials. Want to upload the Central + EE map on my GO 520. Nothing I've tried has worked.
Updated Navcore to v 9.430

Uploaded (supposedly) patched Navcore 9.430 from here. For good measure used EasyActivator and FastActivator. All results suggests it's patched.
I'm still waiting for M3GPS's answer. If possible I'll only provide the TRIAL version here for testing purposes. I will NOT upload any file until I receive their answer. Sorry mates!
