I would like to show you my converter for converting POI with speedcams from PocketGis fromat from to TomTom ov2 format.

Anybody can use open openspeedcam.net and export POI for PocketGis format. Also you can add your camera into this project.

With files .ov2, we have files .ver (a text with caracteristics of the speedcams) from the forum.

Example for Safety_Cam_NL_PremiumOv2.ver :


ID=Safety_Cam_NL_Premium
Version=141191

subtype=safetycamera

But not with the lastest speedcams from TTActivator. My question is simple : how to create or to download the file .ver for the version of the file .ov2 downloaded ??
Possible or not ?

Since 2-3 months, radar is not displayed on my Rider but with all .dec I have a Rider (2013) + TomTom Home 2.2 + maps for life. I also have problems with the new TTHome 2.2 one but it does not matter now. This year is very bad for my TomTom :thumbdown:

Rider + maps 1015.9104 (Europe) + radars BE version 112300 + navcore 9.500.2 ...

How to install???


1. unrar the folder
2. open folder West-Europe
3. open folder zusammengefasst
4. copy West Europe blitzer and West Europe blitzer.ov2 and put in you map folder (West_Europe)
5. go to you navi menu
6. change preferences
7. turn reight
8. manage pois
9. warn when near ...

How do I use spoken warnings instead of dongs for the speed camera warnings on TT One XL.
I have looked through all menus and cannot see any ogg files stored anywhere.
am I being thick or is there a trick?
