I haven't tried this with WinCE 6 but it might work.

1. Download my program from http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?1274-Garmin-Mobile-XT-for-WinCE5.0-program
2. Using Winrar, extract the folder to your SD card.
2a. Start the program.
3. Choose "connect to a Garmin device."
4. "Skip" scanning attached.
5. Choose yes to skip.
6. Choose I agree.
7. Choose no to connect to other Garmin devices.
8. Click arrow on lower left.
9. Click "wrench icon" - tools.
10. Click settings. ...

First my apologies for taking so long to create this and for being complicated, but it is a hard probelm with TT's....
In this posting I will update on
a) how to modify the crippled TT LoquendoTTS V7 voices to conform to Loquendo standards
b) how to modify certain words and phrases with the use of the working Loquendo engine

Important: I only tested on a 9.400 Navcore with the 885.4021 version of the Australia ...

step by step tutorial for replacing internal map on nuvi 1xxx, 2xxx and 3xxx

1. in hidden folder \.System\ delete the files gmapprom.img, gmapprom.unl and gmapprom.sum after backup on PC
   
   
2. download new unlocked image version (normal NT for 1xxx, Unicode for 2xxx and 3xxx) and copy it after extraction (gmapsupp.img or gmapprom.img) to folder \.System\ - if it's named gmapsupp.img rename it to gmapprom.img (take care for exactly right name)
   
   
3. replace *.jcv in ...

I think the problems are related to the way the map is installed and selected.
Example: 860map is installed and running fine, new 880 map get's added and activated - all fine device boots and you switch to the new map in the menu.
860map is installed and working, new 880 is added and the old map deleted - many devices will hang and stop to work normally.

Known Issues.
Some Mio/Navman devices only have 32MB of RAM and won't run Primo 2.0, So use iGO 8 instead, this is provided on this page as well.

Known Issues.
In some regions the Mio Spirit is branded as a Mio Moov Spirit or a Mio Moov S Series, This has WinCE 6 installed, which Tomtom does not run under, If you have SmartST_CE software you are OK, If you have Spirit software use iGO Primo instead!
