Run PEInfo.exe.
Tap File->Open.
Browse to the .exe.
Wait while it's analysed.
Tap Info->Import for the list of Dll's called by the application and whether they've loaded or not.

So you can download routes from web sites, and convert it to the file format supported by your software.
