Carminat inoperative

Postby DDVR » Tue May 14, 2013 7:17 am

Hi Guy's I have a strange fenomena,
I start the tomtom and it boots as should. When i get the normal start screen I can't proceed . just the main menu ( as usual) appears. No reaction on the any button on the joystick commands.
When I drive arround the bottomline gives me the street I'm in , I also get my speedcomwarnings...
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
D

Check the TT support website for the correct procedures on how to set up a Carminat from scratch.
There is not much we can do as access to those devices is very limited.

Problem solved. The error was caused by a shot circuit while inserting a sd card. this causes the software partially to be corrupted. Many thanks to my garage... the solved the problem in "no time" they hav more acces to the tomtom via the servicconnector. maybe a way to connect to the unit for NC9.***? :bo_mini:
Regards,D

Nope, only the stuff Home offers can be used.
Being able to modify these devices the "usual" way would make things easier but I don't think it will ever happen.
