Carminat navigation and Communication Problem

Hi!
Have Carminat navigation and Communication in a Renault Espace IV (2006).
GPS system gets lost and I get 2 errors on Service Mode:
- GPS Antenna Connection Error 48
- Controller CAN 40
The other errors are for opening and trying another DVD.
The system starts working propperly and after a while gets lost.
Can anyone help me?
What should I do?

The error messages speak for themself...
Check the plugs and connections.
If in doubt get it to a dealer for a checkup.
