i downloaded the files from this link but i don't know exactly how to use them.

I found inside the readme.txt file that says:

This is just one step of the procedure?


With these files can I update an old nissan sd with an old version above?

You cannot use an old Nissan card.
First, you need a card that allows you to modify his CID, then it is enough to change the CID according to the procedure which is fully described in the previous page of this topic, unzip the archive you downloaded and copy the content to the already modified sd card.
