when i try to change CID on my card there is problem in the end of Ubuntu Terminal instruction that say- canot change CID is this original Samsung evo plus card? i try 2 deferent evo card but same problem

Not all of Samsung Evo sd cards allow CID modification, only some older ones.
Also, it is not mandatory that the card is an Evo.
According to my own experience, some of old Samsung cards allow CID modification.
Long story short, the problem is not Ubuntu, but the card.

Short answer, no.
Each release is so coded that it will work only if written on a card with a specific CID (google for cid sdcard).

El CID está en el archivo CID.txt, que no está vacío.
De lo contrario, escríbeme un PM.
