Renault Megane 2010 with TomTom (non-live)

Hello there, I recently bought this car and it has built in navi TomTom I also get 32GB SD card, formatted it in FAT32 and so on, but dont know what do further.
Can u please help me? I need maps for Eastern Europe. I dont know hot to check the version of the navi, only know its non-live and in the moment it says No maps and only show the clock, temperature, etc..

Backup the old SD on the new SD with Tomtom Home amd so on, but stuck on that step: Step 8 : Download LAST FastActivate Prenium (HERE) and copy FastActivate.exe at the root of your new SD Card because of a dead link and also where i can get up to date maps of Europe?

Did you manage to find a working link to download FastActivate Premium? If yes, please share. I tried archive dot org, and no luck.
