Cd 500 navi

I'm upgrading my car to a Vauxhall Insignia SRi 1.8i 16v and it has a built in Sat Nav system, the salesman informs me It's a CD 500 Navi..
Here comes the question what disc do I need to upgrade the maps ?
I was looking at this post on the forum, and was wondering if this would work.
