i have downloaded it.
I just have to plug the device to the PC by the USB cable and run the program?

I don't have a Becker device so I'm not much help here but I can give you some suggestions. There are two ways to install the program - it's done by using the copy/paste method of the files/folders. 1. Direct to a SD card or 2. Direct to the internal disk drive of the device itself. In either case though it's a good idea to back up your present files/folders first BEFORE you try to install. Maps [.fbl] go into content\map.

Ok mate...i will try as you say. Just one more thing: the folder with all the files that you gave to me dont have any map right? I must put an IGo8 map into that folder that you mentioned isnt it?

No maps. You can download your map [.fbl] and put the file into content\map.

OK. The maps can be anyone of IGO8.x?
I will try to find some one and copy/paste all to GPS and see what happens...then i post here the result

I have copy/paste all the content to the flash disk of the Becker Z101 but when i pressed the start button it not booted. Just appear the "Becker" logo and the nothing more happened...

I said changing the sys file...can you please tell me what shoulfd i change?

Did you make sure the new folder\file.exe matched the old folder\file.exe?

Yes, the device looks for a specific exefile and runs it, otherwise it just sits there doing nothing.

Hi Fatboyfun...
I finally made it...i follow your tips and the info gave by chas521, deleted all the MNAV folder and extracted to there an iGO8_8.3.5.231128.rar that i have found...
Renamed the IGO8.exe to Shell.exe and it booted!

i have found to some PT-PT voices and languages as Speedcam info that i have puted in the specific location too.

Im just missing a map of Iberia so i can put on it...do you know where i can find it?

Besides the MNAV folder All the other files that are on the flash disk of the device can be erased?
