No reg. It's completely free. Firefox browser appears to work best.

I am using internet explorer.

I really don't know why I can't... It is possible to save the file in torrent. I can download the IGO program using torrent without any problem.

Really don't understand why can't download the map.

Ultimately, it will be MY program? You may need to use FF not IE.

Now you really got me confused. I don't understand what you're doing. Try resetting your ISP modem by unplugging it from the wall. Wait about 15-20 seconds and replug it back in and let the modem re-set.
