First of all, you are NOT bothering anyone with your question! In order for anyone to help you, we must need to know all the specifications of your device. Perhaps you can furnish us with an English link. Would it be easier for you to write your post in Spanish and then use a Google translator to make the post in English?
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Ir a My Flash Disk / navegación, cambiar el nombre a mnavdce.EXE mnavdceorig.EXE
Copia sysinfosettings.ini (text = \ GPS Menu \ Config \ GPS.ini) a raíz de My Flash Disk.
NOexe a audiomanager.exe. Reboot.

Now both (original) menu.exe (now moved and renamed to audiomanager.exe) which loads the FM Transmitter Modules and settings) and the new GPS Menu (in root of My Flash Disk) automatically start.

It is necessary for the original GoPal menu.exe (now called audiomanager.exe) to run at startup (which in turn triggers other modules and settings to start) in order for the FM Transmitter and TMC to both run at the same time--they both share Com1.

after doing this that I have not gotten anything

It's either going to be this.

Or just rename MNAVDCE.exe and replace with a script to point to another GPS application in the My Flash Disk\Navigation folder, You can use my simple launcher app for this.

Are you only wanting to run another GPS application or do you want root access?

The easiest way is to replace MNAVDCE.exe (in My Flash Disk\Navigation) with my simple launcher utility, Reboot and then use the file explorer to navigate to a shell/menu which gives you the ability to run what you like.

You will still get the default menu but tapping the navigation icon will load the new shell.
