Does it connect to a PC? It may just not have any nav software installed (or installed wrong)

According to their website, that model should come with iGo Amigo pre-installed.
Did you buy it new, or....."other"?

Find the flash ROM files (If they exist...)
Copy them to the SD card
Insert the SD card into the device
Reset your device and follow any on-screen instructions

Before you ask, I don't have the files.

Typically, the ROM flash files must be obtained from the manufacturer. Files obtained from 'somebody else' may be dodgy at best or not suitable for a particular unit.
Most manufacturers are loathe to give these out to the public because of possible mis-use, and may insist on returning the system for repair (at a cost, of course), but it never hurts to try to contact them anyway.

I did have a "poke around" on the 'net, and all i could find were the files for the 5120, which lacks the bluetooth feature, I wouldn't use these files, Try the manufacturer first.

I try and no help there :(

And that's the problem with some of these rebranded chinese devices, No support! So unless someone has extracted the ROM then you may be unlucky, Another thought is the hardware may be identical to a device sold by another vendor or the same device may be rebranded for a different region so that's something to look into!

Hey ;)

I have a friend who is having the same problem and I promised to fix this. Though I'm not sure if it's bt or not, but guessing not.

Did you manage to solve it?

Cheers,

Leon
