Hi just bought 1 of these

its currently running IGO8 but id like to unlock it and install some other gps software.
Ive used tomtom before so that would be preferable, but ive found opinions saying that IGO PRIMO is better than tomtom and igo 8.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of files needed or even a step by step guide would be appreciated greatly.

I doubt Tomtom will work on this device but the easiest way of getting another GPS app to run is to copy the path of the original, So if the original is \SDMMC\iGO\iGO.exe then rename the new folder\executable to match. (After making a copy/backup of the original of course)

Once you've got the new app to start then you'll have to configure the new software to run on your device, GPS settings, Screen resolution, etc...
