into my [Please Register or Login to download file] (800x400), is there anyway to do that, so that i can install IGO Primo

You may use a unlock or a simple script to lauch primo.
Does your device start into a shell or direct into Papago ?
Is there a SD slot ?
I advice you to let the original navi app and put primo on SD.
Also a print screen of your device content will be helpfull.

It launches a shell, it has sd card...the gps points to mobilenavigator folder

the gps it mean the icon GPS from shell.
points to mobilenavigator folder and the .exe file ?

First of all don't play with shell (don't delete/rename).
If you do this you may not can you connect the device to PC.
Rename only the .exe pointed

Assuming that the GPS icon points to mobilenavigator\mobilenavigator.exe
Rename the original navi app (mobilenavigator.exe => mobilenavigator1.exe)
From the [Please Register or Login to download file] copy folder MioAutoRun into the root of Flash .
mobilenavigator.exe + mobilenavigator.mscr + MortScript.exe copy into mobilenavigator folder.
Now the GPS icon start mobilenavigator.exe (the newest wich is a script) .
The script will launch the new interface.

Below you can see how I unlock Mio by renaming the original navi app (Spirit) :
