What is this? Is it just maps or is it the whole navigation app?

dear all, i am new in this forum and i wpuld like to say hello to everybody.
i have to thanks a lot chinacng for this great release.
i am a foreign living in Shanghai and this software has a very good english version.
there are option in order to setup COM ports, this was missing in the previous release.
