One of my friend using AIRIS Navigator with route66 uk ireland map running.Its wince 4.2 and running Route66navigator7. He is moving to Australia, any latest map from route 66 or any other software to use ?

I would guess with the limited information about this device that it is similar to your first device (Trumpion), so try making a clone of the card from that device and see if it works, Check the original Airis Route66 card to see if the path to the exe is the same.
