Dear All,

I have a binatone A430, that until early this year was running with TomTom7. All of a sudden I couldn't get past the initial warning screen, but it would make all the regular bootup sounds and the Windows CE connector on my Windows 7 pc would recognise it and I could access the files on the machine.

With the help of Fatboyfun I got hold of the B430 and A 350 roms and tried the following combinations to flash the satnav:

A350 files with the drivers.bin replaced with teh B430

A305 files with the NK.bin and TINYNK.bin replaced.

all the flashes would complete to the end with a white screen.

On reboot I cannot access or interface with the device, either on windows or on the touch screen.

Please could I get some help.

I've tried the combinations above, using the replacement file you sent me for the source files from the A350.

I'm still having no luck.

My Binatone satnav was stuck on the black screen with the binatone logo
I updated the rom from the link above and now nothing comes on the screen
