And if you remove the card and reboot, does Turbodog start?

Did you change anything on the internal drive (ResidentFlash)?

Ok, Connect your device to the PC and browse the device, Look to see if \ResidentFlash\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe is present...

You may need to install Activesync (XP and below) or WMDC (Vista and above) to access the device.

For reference when you tap the navigation button the device looks for \ResidentFlash\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe UNLESS there is a SD card present with a file called SHELL.INI in the root, This file contains the path to another application like iGO which is run instead, Removing the card means \ResidentFlash\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe is run again.

Ok start with the obvious first, Is the sound muted in igo? as this affects the sound in other applications as well, check whether all the volume sliders are at maximum.
