Copy existing sys.txt to your computer and keep it somewhere safe (might need some of it later). Then make another copy and delete everything in it except

[gps]
port=7
baud=57600

Then put the new minimal sys.txt back in the folder, restart the device, and see what happens.

Yes, it's the regular GPS but it comes in a REALLY BIG box.

Perhaps the port settings are not correct for your unit.
Two choices:
1) download, unzip, and run this on the device:
http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?6289-WinCE-Device-Information.
It will query the hardware and report what it finds. Then change the sys.txt with the new settings:
[gps]
port={put the port number that the utility shows here}
baud={put the baud number that the utility shows here}

2) Delete everything out of sys.txt (just a blank page), delete the Save folder in your iGO folder, restart, and let iGO try to determine all of the settings.
You may have to go into the settings menu of iGO, after it starts up, and set the GPS to "Automatic" and let it scan. When it finds something, then see if you can get a satellite lock outside.

wow !!! great, finally my gps get the satellite even in my closed room !!

I tried the 1st step u mentioned and get failed to run the exe. file
Then I go with the 2nd step.But I coudnt delete the iGo, Backup files. While I tried to delete them It shows the folders are not empty. Any Way , then I delete all content from sys.txt and inserted into my device and immediately after opening it starts showing gps signal. I checked again in the sys.txt file and its still empty !!!
