I can't find out much about this device but if the software was on the card you should be able to put iGO on a card, The executable for Route66 is either R66Navigate7.exe or R66Navigate8.exe.

Try renaming Total Commander (CECMD.exe) to one of the above and placing it on a card, In the root and in a Route66 folder and see if it starts, If it does then we can go from there.

So what is it you want to do?
1) Restore Route66.
2) Run iGO or some other navigation program.

We need to find out what the system may be trying to run, before you can be able to run something else--if that's what you want.
You can get Total Commander (if you don't already have it) lot's of places. Like here:

Given that this is an older CE4.2 device, iGO8 is probably all you can run, Rename the directory and executable to MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe

Be prepared to make adjustments and tweak it a bit before it fully works

1, Clear off your SD card
2, Download this version of iGO 8
3, Download your required map here
4, Place map (.fbl) into iGO 8\Content\Map, Don't worry about the other files for the moment
5, Rename the iGO folder to MobileNavigator
6, Rename iGO8.exe to MobileNavigator.exe
7, Open SYS.txt with Notepad and find the [gps] section and change the port to 7 and the baud to 57600
8, Copy the MobileNavigator folder to the SD card
9, Insert SD card and restart device

Does iGO 8 start and find satellites?
There may be more steps to do yet, So report back!
